83-WWRESOLUTION NO. 83
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF BOYNTON BEACH, FLORIDA, RELATIVE
TO CITY COUNCIL OUT OF TOWN TRAVEL
EXPENSE.
WHEREAS, the adopted City Budget appropriates funds
for City Council "Business Meetings" to cover out of town
travel expense for meetings~
NOW, T~REFORE, BE AND IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BOYNTON BEACH~ FLORIDA:
Section 1~ That prior to making final commitments
for the expenditure of dollars from the business meeting
account each council member shall obtain the concurrence of
a majority of the members of the City Council for such
expenditure.
