A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF BOYNTON BEACH, FLORIDA,
APPROVING THE FINAL PLAT FOR THE REPLAT OF TRACT "p"
OF THE SUMMIT PLAT NO. 1 IN SECTION 6 TO~NSHIP 46S,
RANGE 43E '
WHEREAS, a performance bond in the amount of $488,000 is beir
held to insure that site improvements are installed, completed and
paid for in accordance with applicable requirements.
NOW~ THEREFORE, BE AND IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY
COUNCIL OF ~ _
.. r~IE CITY OF BOYNTON BEACH, FLORIDA:
S.e~.~it_ ~_!- That the plat is hereby resolved to have received
final plat approval by the City Council of the City of Boynton
Beach~ Florida, with all conditions previously agreed upon and
subject subdivision is hereby affirmed and adopted.
Section 2. That the bond in the amount of $488,000 will be
held in accordance with the provisions set forth in the Charter
and Code of Ordinances for the City of Boynton Beach.
