83-FFA RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF BOYNTON BEACH, FLORIDA, AMENDING
RESOLUTION NO. 78-II OF THE CITY TO PROVIDE
THAT ALL MEMBERS OF THE COMMUNITY RELATIONS
BOARD SHALL BE RESIDENTS AND ELECTORS OF
THE CITY; PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE; AND
FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL
OF THE CITY OF BOYNTON BEACH, FLORIDA:
Section 1: That R~solution No. 78-II of the City
is hereby amended to provide that all members of the Community
Relations Board shall be residents and electors of the City.
Section 2: That each and every other provision of
Resolution No. 78-II shall remain in full force and effect.
Section 3:
immediately upon passage.
