AN ORDINANCE OF ~ CITY OF BO!~TON BEACH,
PA!/~ BEACH COUNTY, FLO_RIDA, DECLARING ITS
INTENTION TO ANNEX CERTAIN PARCELS OF LAND
BEING AND LYING CONTIGUOUS TO THE CITY LIMITS
OF THE CI?f OF BOYNTON BEACH, PAIA~ BEACH
CO-~H~?f, FLORIDA, AND RE-DEFINING BOUNDARIES
THEREOF.
%~EREAS, pursuant to ~he au~hori±y as set forth in
Florida statutes Chapter 171.04, 1955,' the City of Boynton
Beach does hereby declare i~s in~ention to-annex the lands
hereinafter described into its city limits, and,
~REAS, ~he City has been requested by ~he sole owner
of the property herein described to have these lands brou~h~
wi±bin ~he jurisdictional boundaries of ±he City of Boynton
Beach, and,
%~EREAS, the owner ~hereof contempIates immediate
development of the said lands for residential and commercial
homesi~es, and i~ is to ~he intereS~ of the~City of Boynton
Beach to have ~he said lands annexed here±o,
NOW, THErEFOrE, be it ordained by the City of
Boynton Beach, Florida, as follows:
Sectional. The City Councit of the City of Boynton
~each does hereby, by ~his ordinance declare its in~ention to
annex to ~he City of Bo~n~on Beach, ~hS following contiguous
lands located in the County of Palm Beach, Sta~e of Florida,
w~i~h are more particularly described as follows:
