BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY CO-~D.~ISSION OF THE CITY OF BOYNTON BEACH, FLORIDA, AS FOLLOWS: SECTIONI: The following parcels shall be re-zoned and/or zoned as follows: · ~,ESIDmN TIAL A: /TRACT 2: TRACT 3: ~TRACT 4-. Each of the provisions of this Ordinance are inseparable including word, clause, phrase or sentence and if any provision shall be declared invalid, the remaining portion shall not be effected b~t shall remain in force and effect. SECTION 3. REPEALING PROVISIgNS: All ordinances or parts of ordinan~nfli'ct herewith are hereby repealed. SECTION 4. PENALTIES. f~ny person, firm or corporation convicted of the violation of any of the terms or provisions of this ordinance may be fined in a sum not to exceed $500.00 or may be imprisoned for not more than ninety (90) days, or ma}- be both fined and imprisoned within the discretion of the Trial Court.
