SECTION 3. ~ Provisions: All ordinances or
par~s of ordinances mn conf!ic~ herew~_th are heremy repealed..
SECTION 4. Penalties. ~ny person, firm. or corpora-
~ion convicted of the vioia~i'on of any of ~he terms or provisions
of this ordinance may be fined in a sm~ not ~o exceed
or may be imprisoned within the discretion of the Trial Court.
