/hN ORDIN/~CE OF THE CITY OF BOlq~TON BEACH VACATING
CmRTAIN PORTIONS OF RIGHT OF WAYS IN THE SUBDIVISIONS
OF GULF ST~E/~'~ ESTATES PLAT #2, ~D BOYNTON HEIGHTS,
(REVISED PLAT), AND DIVESTING ALL RIGHT, TITLE
INTEREST OF THE CIE~ AS HEREINAFTER STATED.
WHEREAS, upon application of the abutting proper±y owners
to the hereinafter_ described right of ways, the City of Boynton
Beach does hereby determine that such alley ways and streets are
no longer necessary for the public use and of no value or service
to the City of Boynton Beach.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
BOYNTON BEACH, FLORIDA,
SECTION i:
(A) The City of Boynton Beach does hereby divest itself
of any right, title and interest in the following described alley
way, more particularly described as follows:
That alley way lying and being between Lots 1 to 18,
inclusive, and Lots 19 to ~6, inclusive, Block 10,
BO~3N HEIGHTS, according to the plat on file zn
Plat Book 10, page 64, Public Records of Palm Beach
County, Florida,
EXCEPTING =~ o-~ ~
· nE~E~RO~1 and reserving unto the City of Boynton Beach
an easement for water mains and other public utilities, a strip
of land lying in the center of said described alley way l0 feet in ~
width lying equally on each side of said alley way.
(B) That this action is taken pursuant to request of
the property holders, and it is represented that the existing
utilities, including power lines and water mains shall remain in
their present location or site.
SECTION 2:
The City of Boynton Beach does hereby divest itself of all
right, title and interest in the right of way known as Coral Way
lying in Gulf Stream Estates Plat #2, more particularly described
as follows:
All of that portion of the right of way known as
Coral ~fay abutting lots 3, 4, 5 and 6, Block 4, and a-
butting Lots !. 10, 11 and 12, Block 5, ~JLF STREAM
ESTATES PLAT#2, to Boynton Beach, according to plat
thereof on file in Plat Book 13, page 51, Public Records
of Palm Beach County, Florida.

This ordinance shall become effective in accord wi~h
prov!sions of ~he Charter of the City of Boynton Beach in such
cases made and provided.
