W~REAS~ the City Council of the City of Boynton Besch~
Fiorida~ did by Ordinance ~2~6~ dec!sro its intention to annex cer-
tain tracts or osrcels of iand situate, lying and being.in Palm
Beach County~ Ftorida~ and being contiguous to the City limits
of the City of Boynton Beach~ Florids~ and
}~REAS~ said Ordinance was duly passed in regular meeting
of the City Council of the City of Boynton Beach~ Florida on the 3rd
day of May~ t9~4~ and
W~REAS~ the necess~ry time h~s laesed for objections to
be made to s~id Ordinance ~s erovided in Fiorid~ Stetutes 171.04 as
~mended by Cha~ter 28284 L8ws of 1953~ of the Stste of Florid~
NOW, THEREFORE~ BE IT ORDAINED by the City Council of the
City of Boynton Beach~ Florids~ as foilows~ to-wit:
-Section 1. That the following described tracts or e~rcels
of l~d situate~ lying and being in Palm Beach County~ Florid~ and
being contiguous to the City limits of the City of Boynton Besch~
F!orida~ are hereby annexed to the City of Boston Beaeh~ Florida.
The W 1/2 of the SE 1/4 of Section 9~ To, ship 4~ $outh~
Range 43 E~st~ less the E/2 of the N~ 1/4 of the ~ 1/4
of the SE I/4~
The ~{ 1/4 of the PE 1/~ of Section 16~ Township 4~ South~
Range ~3 East~ less road right of way.
Section 2. That the boundaries of the City of Boynton Beach~
Florids~ are hereby redefined so as to include therein the above
Ordinance # 263 Page 2
described prooerty,

or oo. ro of this ordinance shall be declared illegal by a Court of
Comoetent Jurisdiction~ such regard of illegality shall in no way
effect the remaining portion.
