83-DDA RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF BOYNTON BEACH,
FLORIDA, APPROVING THE FINAL PLAT OF THE
CROSSINGS OF BOYNTON BEACH, PUD,. Ai.SUBDIVISION
WITHIN THE CITY OF BOYNTON BEACH, IN SECTION 15,
TOWNSHIP 45 SOUTH, RANGE 43 EAST
WHEREAS, the final plat for The Crossings of Boynton
Beach is hereby submitted for approval; and
WHEREAS, a performance bond in the amount of $656,170.80
is being held to insure that site improvements are installed,
completed and paid for in accordance with applicable requirements
and a performance bond in the amount of $200,000.00 also posted
for recreational facilities.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE AND IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BOYNTON BEACH, FLORIDA:
Section 1.. That the plat is hereby resolved to have
received final plat approval by the City Council of the City
of Boynton Beach~ Florida, with all conditions previously agreed
upon and subject Subdivision is hereby affirmed and adopted.
'Section-2.. That the bonds in the amount of $656,170.80
and $200,000.00 will be held by the City in accordance with the
provisions set forth in the Charter and Code of Ordinances for
the City of Boynton Beach.
