A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF BOYNTON BEACH, FLORIDA, ACCEPTING UTILITIES
AND RELEASING PERFORMANCE BOND FOR CEDAR POINT
PLATS 5 AND 6 IN THE NE ONE QUARTER (%) OF
SECTION 26, TOWNSHIP 45S, P~NGE 42 EAST AS
RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 6, PAGE 26, PALM BEACH
COUNTY RECORDS
WHEREAS, Article XIII, Section 1 and 2 of the City Code
requires the City to accept as completed improvements for mainte-
nance and operation; and
WHEREAS, the utilities for Cedar Point Plats 5 and 6
have in fact been inspected, tested and approved, a certification
from the Design Engineer received, and a one year guarantee
from the Developer also received dated March 30, 1983.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE AND IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY
COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BOYNTON BEACH, FLORIDA:
Section 1. The City of Boynton Beach hereby resolwes
that the water and sewer lines are accepted from Cedar Point
Plats 5 and 6 for operation and maintenance.
Section 2. Surety Bond No. 2566516 in the total amount
of $100,714 posted jointly with the City of Boynton Beach and
the Board of County Commissioners of Palm Beack County in
conjunction with above said plats, may hereby be release subject
to ratification by the Board of County Commissioners.
