A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF BOYNTON BEACH, FLORIDA,
ACCEPTING IMPROVEMENTS FOR BOYNTON BEACH INDUSTRIAL
PARK NORTH RECORDED IN BOOK 43, PAGES 20, 21 and 22
W~HEREAS', Article XII, Sections 1 and 2 Of 'the City Code
requires the City to accept completed public improvements for
maintenance and operation. Said improvements being completed~
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF BOYNTON BEACH, FLORIDA:
Section 1~. The City of Boynton Beach hereby accepts plat
improvements for BOYNTON BEACH INDUSTRIAL PARK NORTH,
Section 2. The City of Boynton Beach hereby authorizes
the release of Performance Bond No. 884245.
