83-ORESOLUTION NO. 83-D
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF BOYNTON BEACH, FLORIDA, ACCEPTING
TITLE TO NORTHEAST 3RD COURT FROM FOUR
SEA SUNS CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION
NOW, THEREFORE, BE AND IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED BY
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BOYNTON BEACH, FLORIDA:
Section 1. The City herewith accepts the
conveyance of that part of Northeast 3rd Court described
as follows:
That part of Northeast 3rd Court lying
between South Circle Drive and Northeast
17th Avenue in the City of Boynton
Beach, Florida, being part of Lots 20
and 21, Sam Brown, Jr. Hypoluxo Sub-
division, as shown in Declaration of
Four Sea Suns Condominium Association,
Official Record Book 1613, page 278,
public records of Palm Beach County,
Florida~
Section 2. The City acknowledges conveyance of
subject property by Quit Claim Deed from Four Sea Suns Condo-
minium Association, a corporation existing under the laws of
the State of Florida, to the City of Boynton Beach, a Florida
municipal corporation, said Quit Claim Deed dated February 27,
1983.
Section 3. This Resolution shall take effect
immediately upon its passage.
