A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF BOYNTON BEACH,
FLORIDA, REDUCING THE RECREATION FACILITIES

WHEREAS, a request has been received including an
estimate of the value of incompleted work, and
WHEREAS, the City Engineer, Building Official and[
Recreation Director have made their reconnnendatlons to reduce
the x ond.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL
OF THE CITY OF BOYNTON BEACH, FLORIDA:
Section 1. The Performance Bond No. S-800130 in the
amount of $81,500 for recreational facilities previously posted
with the City for public improvements is hereby ~re~uced'. in lieu
of a new Performance Bond being furnished the City of Boynton
Beach in the total amount of $12,225.
