A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF BOYNTON BEACH~
FLORIDA, APPROVING THE PLAT FOR TRACT D-2
OF HUNTER'S RUN, A SUBDIVISION [qITHIN THE
CITY OF BOYNTON BEACH
WHEREAS, the final plat for Tract D-2 of Hunter's Run
is hereby submitted for approval; and
W~{EREASr a performance bond in the amount of $t87,100
is being held to insure that improvements are installed,
completed and paid for in accordance with applicable requirg~r~J~
ments.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE AND IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BOYNTON BEACH, FLORIDA:
Section 1. That the plat is hereby resolved to have
received final pla~ approval by the City Council of the City
of Boynton Beach, Florida, with all conditions previously
agreed upon and subject subdivision is hereby affirmed and
adopted.
Section 2. That the bond in the amount of $187,100
will be held by the City in accordance with the provisions
set forth in the Charter and Code of Ordinances for the City
of Boynton Beach, Florida.
