A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF BOYNTON BEACH,
FLORIDA, APPROVING THE PLAT FOR BOYNTON
ISLES PLAT NO. 2, A SUBDIVISION WITHIN THE
CITY OF BOYNTON BEACH
WHEREAS, the final plat for BOYNTON ISLES, PLAT NO. 2
is hereby submitted for approval; and
WHEREAS, a performance bond in the amount of $105,000
is being held to insure that improvements are installed,
completed and paid for in accordance with applicable require-
ments.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE AND IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BOYNTON BEACH, FLORIDA:
Section 1. That the plat for Boynton Isles, Plat No. 2,
is hereby resolved to have receiwed final plat approval by the
City Council of the City of Boynton Beach, Florida, with alii
conditions previously agreed upon and subject subdivision is
hereby affirmed and adopted.
Section 1. That the bond in the amount of $105,000
be held by the City in accordance with the provisions set
forth in the Charter and Code of Ordinances for the City of
Boynton Beach, Florida.
