A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF BOYNTON BEACH,
FLORIDA, TO RELEASE THE BOND-POSTED BY
ROWANCONSTRUCTION EQUIPMENT, INC. FOR AN
EXCAVATION PERMIT IN CONNECTIONWiTH QUAIL
LAKE.
WHEREAS, Rowan Construction Equipment, Inc. was granted
a permit for excavation in connection with Quail Lake by the
City Council at their regular meeting of July 1, 1980; and
WHEREAS, Bond No. 6030094 was posted by Rowan Con-
struction Equipment, Inc. dated July 23, 1980, and
WHEREAS, the Technical Review Board met on October
26, 1982, to consider a request by Rowan Construction Equipment
Inc. to release said bond; and
WHEREAS, the Technical Review Board did recommend that
Bond No. 6030094 be released subject to the posting of "No
Trespassing" signs in accordance with State Statutes; and
WHEREAS, the owner of the property on which the exca-
vation took place and where the lakes were left has written a
letter dated October 5, 1982, expressing satisfaction with the
work done.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF BOYNTON BEACH, FLORIDA, TO RELEASE BOND NO. 6030094
POSTED BY ROWAN CONSTRUCTION EQUIPMENT, INC. IN THE AMOUNT OF
$41,500.00.
