82-JJJJA RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF BOYNTON BEACH, FLORIDA, RATIFYING
THE SOUTH CENTRAL REGIONAL WASTEWATER
TREATMENT AND DISPOSAL BOARD ACTION OF
OCTOBER 13, 1982.
~IEREAS, the South Central Regional Wastewater Treat-
ment and Disposal Board did, on October 13, 1982, by a vote of
7-0, vote to assess the capital costs of purchase and installatior
of the interim mechanical screening facilities for the South
Central Regional Wastewater Treatment and Disposal Plant equally
on a 50/50 basis against the City of Delray Beach and the City
of Boynton Beach, with each city retaining an undivided one-
half interest in said equipment purchased pursuant to such
assessment and, further, providing that all prior action of the
Board in conflic% therewith to be nullified; and
WHEREAS, said Board action requires ratification of ~
the City of Boynton Beach.
NOW, THEREFORE, the City of Boynton Beach hereby
ratifies the Board action on this 3rd day of November, 1982.
