A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF BOYNTON BEACH, FLORIDA, RATIFYING
SOUTH CENTRAL REGIONAL WASTEWATER TREAT-
MENT AND DISPOSAL BOARD ACTION OF October
13, 1982.
WHEREAS, the South Central Regional Wastewater Treat-
ment and Disposal Board did, on October 13, 1982, by a vote of
7-0, authorize Russell and Axon, Engineers to proceed with the
installation by Boyle Construction Company, Inc. for the Interim
Mechanical Screening Facilities, thereby authorizing execution of
the Purchase Contract by the members of the South Central
Regional Wastewater Treatment and Disposal Board; and
WHEREAS, all pursuant costs are agreed to be assessed
to the City of Delray Beach in the amount of 50% and to the
City of Boynton Beach in the amount of 50%; and
WHEREAS, said Board action requires ratification by the
City of Boynton Beach, Florida;
NOW, THEREFORE, the City of Boynton Beach hereby
ratifies said Board action on this 3rd day of November, 1982.
