A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF BOYNTON BEACH, FLORIDA, AUTHORIZING-
THE OPENING OF A CHECKING ACCOUNT WITH
FLORIDA NATIONAL BANK IN THE CITY OF BOYNTON
BEACH, FLORIDA, SAID ACCOUNT TO BE KNOWN AS
THE BOYNTON BEACH RECREATIONAL FACILITIES
CONSTRUCTION FUND.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
BOYNTON BEACH, FLORIDA:
Section 1:
open with Florida National Bank in the City of Boynton Beach,
Florida, a checking account to be known as the Boynton Beach
Recreational Facilities Construction Fund.
Section 2: That all checks issued on the above
named checking account shall be prepared and signed by the
City Treasurer, B. J. Zobel, or in the absence of the City
Treasurer, by the Finance Director, Grady W. Swann, or by the
Deputy Treasurer., Alma Cook, and such checks shall be counter-
signed by the City Manager, Peter L. Cheney, or in the absence
of the City Manager by the Mayor, Walter M. Trauger or the Vice
Mayor, James R. Warnke.
Section 3: That the City Clerk be and she is hereby
instructed to forward a certified copy of this resolution to the
Florida National Bank.
Section 4: This resolution shall take effect
immediately upon its passage.
