02-025ORDINANCE NO. 02- (.~_~ AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF BOYNTON BEACH, FLORIDA AMENDING LAND DEVELOPMENT REGULATIONS, CHAPTER 2 ZONING, SECTION 5. CREATING A NEW SUBSECTION "L"; ESTABLISHING THE INFILL PLANNED UNIT DEVELOPMENT (PUD) ZONING DISTRICT FOR THE PURPOSE OF IMPLEMENTING THE FEDERAL HIGHWAY CORRIDOR REDEVELOPMENT PLAN; PROVIDING FOR CONFLICTS, SEVERABILITY, CODIFICATION AND AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
