82-OOORESOLUTION NO. 82,-
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF BOYNTON BEACH,
FLORIDA., ADOPTING A FINAL BUDGET FOR THE
FISCAL YEAR BEGINNING OCTOBER 1, 1982 AND
ENDING SEPTEMBER 30, 1983; PROVIDING FOR
AN EFFECTIVE DATE AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Boynton Beach,
Florida, has complied with Florida Statutes Section 200.065; and
WHEREAS, the accompanying resolution stating the
aggregate millage rate adopted by the City of Boynton Beach for
the 1982-1983 fiscal year has been previously adopted.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF BOYNTON BEACH, FLORIDA.:
Section 1. That the proposed budget for the ensuing
fiscal year previously prepared by the City Manager, reviewed and
amended by the city Council, and now filed in the city Hall, City
of Boynton Beach, Florida, be and the same is hereby finalized
and adopted for the fiscal year of said municipality beginning
Octobe~ 1, .1982, and ending September 30, .1983, pursuant to and
in compliance with the provisions of the City Charter of the City
of BoYnton Beach, Florida and the Laws of Florida, said budget
being made a part hereof by reference.
Section 2. That there is hereby appropriated the sum of
to the General Fund for the payment of
operating expenses and necessary capital outlays for the City
Government pursuant to the terms of the above budget.
Section 3. There is hereby appropriated the sum of
~'~_~'~q to the Water and Sewer Utility Fund for
operating expenses and necessary capital outlays.
Section 4. That there is hereby appropriated the sum of
~.~/~ ~/- to the Water and Sewer Utility Fund for the
purpose 'of paying interest due on the water and sewer revenue
bonds, the sum of ~/~/~~- for the depreciation of

utilities, fixed assets and amortization of its revenue bond
for

Section 5. That there is hereby appropriated the sum of
~/~~O' to the Publicity and Advertising Fund for
the payment of operating expenses pursuant to the terms of the
above budget.
Section 6. That there is hereby appropriated the sum of

for necessary capital outlays.
Section 7. That there is hereby appropriated the sum of

Fund for necessary capit~l outlays.
Section 8. That there is hereby appropriated the sum of

operating expenses and necessary capital outlays.
Section 9. That this Resolution shall take effect
immediately upon its passage.
