RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF BOYNTON BEACH,
FLORIDA, ADOPTING A TENTATIVE BUDGET FOR
THE FISCAL YEAR 1982-1983; ADOPTING A
PROPOSED AGGREGATE MILLAGE RATE FOR THE
FISCAL YEAR 1982-1983; INSTRUCTING PUBLICA-
TION OF A NOTICE OF FINAL HEARING FOR
ADOPTION OF BUDGET AND SETTING A HEARING
DATE FOR THE FINAL ADOPTION OF BUDGET.
WHEREAS, the City of Boynton Beach has received a certifi-
cation of value of property within its jurisdiction from the
property appraiser in accordance with Florida Statutes 200.065;
and
WHEREAS, the City of Boynton Beach has further received
from said property appraiser a rolled back millage rate as
required by Florida Statutes 200.065; and
WHEREAS, a proposed tentative budget and proposed aggregate
millage rate has been presented to the City Council and public
hearings have been held thereon; and
WHEREAS, the property appraiser has been notified of the
proposed tentative budget and aggregate millage rate; and
WHEREAS, the property appraiser has given notice as
required by Statutes of the public hearing on the proposed budget
and aggregate millage rate; and
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Boynton Beach has
held a hearing on proposed tentative budget and proposed aggregate
millage rate as required by Statute; and
WHEREAS, the City Council is required by Florida Statutes
to adopt a tentative budget and proposed aggregate millage rate
prior to the conclusion of the hearing.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF BOYNTON BEACH, FLORIDA:
Section 1. That the Exhibit "A" attached hereto and made
~ part hereof by reference is hereby adopted as the Amended Tenta-
Budget of the City of Boynton Beach, Florida.

Section 2. That the Proposed Tentative Aggregate Millage
Rate for the 1982-1983 fiscal year shall be ~/~_~.~,/
Section 3. That the City Clerk is hereby instructed to
advertise a Notice of Hearing of the Final Adoption of the Budget
in accordance with Florida Statutes 200.065. That the said
advertisement shall be in a newspaper of general circulation
three or four days prior to the hearing date as outlined in
Section 4 of this Resolution.
Section 4. That a Public Hearing and Final Adoption of
the Final Aggregate Millage Rate and Budget shall occur on the
20th day of September, 1982, at 7:30 p.m. in the City Council
Chambers of the City of Boynton Beach, Florida.
