A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF BOYNTON BEACH,
FLORIDA, DESIGNATING THE APPROPRIATE OFFICIALS
TO BE AUTHORIZED AND EMPOWERED TO SIGN AND
ISSUE CHECKS, ET CETERA AS OUTLINED HEREIN, FOR
THE FIREMANS RELIEF AND PENSION TRUST FUND
OF THE CITY, IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE PROVISIONS
OF CHAPTER 175 OF THE FLORIDA STATUTES; PRO-
VIDING A REPEAL CLAUSE; AND PROVIDING AN
EFFECTIVE DATE.
WHEREAS, WALTER MARTY T~UGER is duly elected and acting
Mayor of the CITY OF BOYNTON BEACH, FLORIDA, and is thereby,
pursuant to 'the provisions of Chapter 175 of the Florida Statutes,I
CHAIRNLAI~ of the BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE PIR~MAN~ RE~IEF~ A i~.~D'
PENSION TRUST FUND of the City of Boynton Beach; and
WHEREAS, TIMOTHY E. MORMAN., pursuant to the provisions of
Chapter 175 of the Florida Statutes, is the duly elected and
acting S'ECRETARY of the BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE FIRE~ANS
RELIEE~AND PENSION TRUST FUND of the City of Boynton Beach; and
WHEREAS, IT IS DEEMED advisable to officially designate
the above described officials to their respective positions and
to empower them'to execute the duties and powers set forth in
said legislatiQn;
NOW~ THEREFORE, be it resolved by the City Council of the
CITY OF BOYNTON BEACH, FLORIDA:
to said Fund, mn accordance with their dutzes as more
established in Chapter 175 of the Florida-Statutes.
1. That WALTER MARTY TRAUGER and TIMOTHY E. MORPRN, as
Chairman and Secretary respectively of the Fi~emans ~Rel'ief and~:
Pension Trust Fund of the City of Boynton Beach, FLorida, be and
they are hereby authorized and empowered to sign and issue checks
drafts, withdrawal vouchers or other instruments necessary to
negotiate funds constituting a part of the Firemans Retief_~.a.nd .
Pension Trust Fund of said City, now on deposit in the First Bank
and. Trust of Palm Beach County, First Federal Savings and Loan
Association of Broward County, or any other authorized depository ~
hereafter designated for the handling of such funds, and the abov~
members of said Board are further authormzed to perform any and
all other business and execute any and all instruments relative

2. All previous Resolutions of the City pertaining to
authority to smgn and execute checks, vouchers, or other instru-
ments on the fore-described Trust Fund are hereby rescinded.
3. This Resolution shall become effective immediately.
