A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF BOYNTON BEACH,
FLORIDA, ACCEPTING UTILITIES AND RELEASING
PERFORMANCE BOND FOR APPLEGATE PLAZA.
WHEREAS, Article XIII, Section 1 and 2 of the City Code
requires the City to accept completed improvements for maintenance
and operation; and
WHERES, the utilities for Applegate Plaza have in fact
'been inspected, tested and approved.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE AND IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE
COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BOYNTON BEACH, FLORIDA:
Section 1. The City of Boynton Beach hereby resolves
that the water and sewer lines are accepted from Applegate Plaza
for operation and maintenance.
~ection .2.~ The surety 'bond in the amount of Twenty-two
Thousand ($22,000.00) Dollars previously posted with the City in
conjunction with Applegate Plaza is hereby released.
PASSED AND ADOPTED THIS 6th day of July, 1982.
