A RESOLUTIO~ OF THE CITY OF BOYNTON BEACH,
FLORIDA, AP.PROVING THE PLAT FOR RIDGEPOINTE
WOODS VILLAS, A SUBDIVISION WITHIN THE CITY
OF BOY. TON BEACH
WHEREAS, the final plat for Ridgepoin~ Woods Villas,
is hereby submitted for approval; and
WHEREAS, performance bond in the amount of $225,000
and $81,500 are being held to insure that improvements are
installed· completed and paid for in accordance with applicable
requirements.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE AND IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BOYI~TON BEACH, FLORIDA:
Section i. That the plat for Ridgepointe Woods Villas
is hereby resolved to have received final plat approval by the
City Council of the City ~of Boynton Beach, Florida, with ali
conditions previously agreed upon and subject subdivision is
hereby affirmed and adopted.
Section 2. That the Bonds in the amount of $225,000 and
$81,500 be held by the City in accordance with the provisions set
forth in the Charter and Code of Ordinances for the City of
Boynton Beach, Florida.
