82-FFRESOLUTION NO. 82
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF BOYNTON BEACH,
FLORIDA, ACCEPTING IMPROVEMENTS AND REDUCING
THE PERFORMANCE BOND FOR PLAT I OF SKY LAKE
RECORDED IN BOOK 39, PAGES 133 and 134.
WHEREAS, Article XII, Sections 1 and 2 of the City
Code requires the City to accept completed public improvements
for maintenance and operation.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL
OF THE CITY OF BOYNTON BEACH, FLORIDA:
Section 1. The City of Boynton Beach hereby accepts
plat improvements for Plat I of Sky Lake except for the
sidewalks.
Section 2. The City of Boynton Beach hereby authorizes
the reduction of Performance Bond No. 2-128-496 from $251,271.00
$35,605.00
