A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF BOYNTON BEACH, FLORIDA, RATIFYING SOUTH
CENTRAL REGIONAL WASTEWATER TREATMENT AND
DISPOSAL BOARD ACTION OF MARCH 17, 1982.
WHEREAS, the South Central Regional Wastewater Treatment
and Disposal Board did, on March 17, 1982, by a vote of 6-0, gave
authorization to proceed with the Contract with HES Transport, Inc
for s foU~-year period for grit disposal, thereby authorizing the
execution of the Contract by the Members of the South Central
Regional Wastewater Treatment and Disposal Board; and
WHEREAS, all pursuant costs are agreed to be assessed to
the City of Delray Beach and the City of Boynton Beach on a 50/50
basis; and
WHEREAS, said Board action requires ratification by the
City of Boynton Beach;
NOW, THEREFORE, the City of Boynton Beach ~hereby ratifie;
said Board action this ~ day of April, 1982.
