82-XRESOLUTION NO. 82-~
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF BOYNTON BEACH,
FLORIDA, ESTABLISHING FEES FOR BURIAL OF
CREMAINS AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
WHEREAS, Section 6-11 of the Code of Ordinances of the
City of Boynton Beach, Florida, pertaining to cemeteries within
said municipality, provides that the City Council shall from time
to time, 'by resolution, fix the prices to be charged for the sale
of cemetery lots and for other purposes; and
WHEREAS, the Cemetery Board of the City of Boynton Beach
has heretofore forwarded its recommendations to.the City Council.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THt
CITY OF BOYNTON BEACH, FLORIDA:
Section 1. The following price is hereby established
for the burial of cremains only
(1) $200.00 per lot - limited to two (2) cremains per
lot
Section 2. All other charges and procedures presently
existing relative to the operation of municipally owned cemeteries
within said City shall remain as now established.
