A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF BOYNTON BEACH, FLORIDA, RATIFYING SOUTH
CENTRAL REGIONAL WASTEWATER TREATMENT AND
DISPOSAL BOARD ACTION OF FEBRUARY 3, 1982.
RESOLUTION REPLACING RESOLUTION NO. 82-L.
WHEREAS, the South Central Regional Wastewater Treatment
nd Disposal Board did, on February 3, 1982, 'by a vote of 7-0,
.ze Russell and Axon, Engineers to proceed with the Purchase
with Parkson Corporation for the Interim Mechanical
~g Facilities, thereby authorizing execution of the Purchase
by the members of the South Central Regional Wastewater
~ent and Disposal Board; and
WHEREAS, all pursuant costs are a~greed to be assessed to
City of Delray Beach in the amount of 60% and to the City of
~nton Beach in the amount of 40%, with each City retaining title
the same proportionate interest as their capital contribution
for the acquisition; and
WHEREAS, said Board action requires ratification 'By the
of Boynton Beach;
NOW, THEREFORE, the City of Boynton Beach here'by ratifie:
