A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF BOYNTON BEACH, FLORIDA,
ACCEPTING IMPROVEMENTS AND REDUCING THE PERFO~NCE
BOND FOR LAWSON INDUSTRIAL PARK, PLAT No.i~.RECORDED IN
BOOK 42, PAGES 134 AND 135.
WHEREAS, Article XII, Section 1 and 2, of the City
Code requires the City to accept completed public improvements
for maintenance and operation.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL
OF THE CITY OF BOYNTON BEACH, FLORIDA:
Section 1. The City of Boynton Beach hereby accepts
the public improvements in Lawson Industrial Park, Plat No.1
for maintenance and operation with the exception of the radio
monitoring system for the sewage lift station which has not
been installed to date.
Section 2. The City of Boynton Beach hereby authorizes
the reduction of performance bond No. 1180-0607 from $52,378
as per Resolution No. 81-~ to the amount of $ ~'~ --
which will provide surety for the radio monitoring system and
for other defects that may be found in materials and workman-
ship during the year following the date of this resolution.
