82-IRESOLUTION NO. 82'~
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF BOYNTON BEACH, FLORIDA, CONFIRMING AP.PROVAL
OF THE PLAT FOR THE REPLAT OF DRIVEWAYS 2, 3,
5 AND 6 OF THE MUNICIPAL CEMETERY.
WHEREAS, the final plat for the replat of driveways 2,
3, ~5~and 6 of the Municipal Cemetery was submitted for approval on
January 5, 1982; and
WHEREAS, the City Council wishes to reaffirm by
Resolution, action taken on January 5, 1982, by the motion made by
Vice Mayor Walter M. Trauger, seconded 'by Councilman Joe deLong,
and unanimously carried, that subject plat be approved.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE AND IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CIT%
COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BOYNTON BEACH, FLORIDA:
Section 1. That the plat for the replat of driveways 2,
3, 5~nd 6 of the Municipal Cemetery is hereby resolved to have
received final plat approval 'by the City Council of the City of
Boynton Beach, Florida, with all conditions previously agreed upon
and subject subdivision for cemetery lots is hereby affirmed and
adopted.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 2nd day of February, 1982.
