A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF BOYNTON BE~CH, FLORIDA,
ACCEPTING IMPROVEMENTS INCLUDING CITY UTILITIES
~AND ~RELEASING-'THE PER~ORM~NCEBiOND ~0RTR3~CT/M
OF THE SUMMIT PLAT NO. 1 (HUNTER'S RUN) RECORDED
IN BOOK 38, PAGES 174 THRU'i76.
WHEREAS, Article XII, Sections 1 and 2, of the City
Code requires the City to accept completed public improvements
for maintenance and operation.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL
OF THE CITY OF BOYNTON BEACH, FLORIDA:
Section 1. The City of Boynton Beach hereby accepts
the plat improvements from Summit Associates, Ltd., for Tract M
of Hunter's Run of The Summit Plat No. 1.
Section 2. The City of Boynton Beach hereby authorizes
the release of performance bond No. 820090 in the amount of
$200,000 previously posted With the City of Boynton Beach.
