82-GRESOLUTION NO. 82-G
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF BOYNTON BEACH, FLORIDA,
ACCEPTING IMPROVEMENTS INCLUDING CITY UTILITIES
AND RELEASING THE PERFORMANCE BOND FOR TRACT L
OF THE SUMMIT PLAT NO. 1 (HUNTER'S RUN) RECORDED
IN BOOK 36, PAGES 48 THRU 51.
WHEREAS~ Article XII, Sections l~a'nd' 2 of the Cilty
Code requires the City to accept completed public improvements
for maintenance and operation.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL
OF THE CITY OF BOYNTON BEACH, FLORIDA:
Sect~ion 1. The City of Boynton Beach hereby accepts
the plat improvements, from Summit Associates, Ltd., for Tract L
of Hunter's Run of The Summit Plat No. 1.
~ct_i~On' 2t The City of Boynton Beach hereby authorizes
the release of performance bond No. 884202 in the amount of
$268,000 previously posted With the City of Boynton Beach.
