81-NNNNA RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF BOYNTON BEACH, FLORIDA,
ACCEPTING IMPROVEMENTS iNCLUDING CITY UTILITIES
AND RELEASING THE PERFOrmANCE BOND FOR TRACTS
Bi AND B2 OF THE SUMMIT PLAT NO. 1 (HUNTER"s RUN)
WHEREAS, Article XiI, Section 1 and 2 of the City
Code requires the City to accept completed improvements for
maintenance and operation.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL
OF THE CITY OF BOYNTON BEACH, FLORIDA:
Section 1. The City of Boynton Beach hereby accepts
the plat improvements from Summit Associates, Ltd. for Stratford
at Hunter's Run, Tracts BI and B2.
Section 2. The City of Boynton Beach hereby authorizes
the release of performance bond No. 871422 in the amount of
$400,000 previously posted with the City of Boynton Beach.
