81-MMMMRESOLUTION
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF BOYNTON BEACH, FLORIDA,
REDUCING PERFORMANCE BOND FOR LAWSON INDUSTRIAL
PARK, PLAT NO. 1
WHEREAS, a request has been received including a
breakdown of bonded items and reflecting the percentage of work
completed; and
WHEREAS, the City Engineer and Director of Utilities
concurred with these amounts and have made their recommendations
to reduce the bond accordingly.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF BOYNTON BEACH, FLORIDA:
Section 1. The surety bond in the amount of $112,383
previously posted with the City in conjunction with Lawson
Industrial Park, Plat No. 1, is hereby reduced tO an .obligation
of-$52;378.
Section 11. This resolution supercedes Resolution 81-Yyy
which approved a reduction from the amount of $184,880 to
$112,387.
