A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF BOYNTON BEACH,
FLORIDA, AMENDING RESOLUTION NO. 81-PP,
ACCEPTING THE PUBLIC ROADS, STORM SEWERS
WITHIN THE PUBLIC RIGHTS-OF-WAY AND WATER
AND SEWER LIATES FOR MAIIqTENA, NCE AND OPER-
ATION FOR CEDARWOOD VILLA. S, PHASE~"II.
I~OW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF BOYNTON BEACH FLORIDA, THAT RESOLUTION NO. 81-PP
BE AMENDED TO READ AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. City of Boynton Beach hereby accepts the
public roads, storm sewers within the public rights-of-way, and
water and sewer lines from Cedarwood Villas, Phase II for opera-
tion and maintenance, subject to the posting of a bond in the
amount of $21,000 to cover the roadwork to be completed along the
east limits of the property in a 30 foot alley and costs related
to defective materials and workmanship.
Section 2. The developers of Cedarwood Villas, Phase II
are authorized to reduce the surety bond, number 147-583, from
$79,502 to $21,000 in conjunction with the completion of Cedarwood
Villas, Phase II.
