A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF BOYNTON BEACH,
FLORIDA, REDUCING LETTER OF CREDIT NQ.~ 89204,
THE'SU~4IT:~PLA~'~I (~HUNTER'S RUN)
WHEREAS, a request was received reflecting sufficient
work completed to warrant a reduction in the letter of credit; and
WHERE~S, the City Engineer and Director of Utilities
have concurred with this request and made their recommendations
to reduce the i~etter ~of~ credit accordingly; and
WHEREAS, this request has in fact previously been
approved by motion.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE iT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF BOYNTON BEACH, FLORIDA:
Section 1. The City of Boynton Beach hereby resolves
that the reduction of the letter of credit in the amounn of
