A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF BOYNTON BEACH,
FLORIDA, ACCEPTING THE LIFT STATION AND
RELEASING THE PERFORMANCE BOND FOR FIRST
FEDERAL SAVINGS AND LOAN ASSOCIATION OF
DELRAY BEACH
WHEREAS, Article XII, Section 1 and 2 of the City Code
requires the city to accept completed improvements for maintenance
and operation.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF BOY19TON BEACH, FLORIDA:
Section 1. The City of Boynton Beach hereby accepts
the lift station constructed by First Federal Savings and Loan
Association of Delray Beach at the southeast corner of Military
Trail and Boynton Road for operation and maintenance.
Section 2. The City of Boynton Beach hereby authorizes
the release of the performance bond previously posted with the
Board of County Commissioners for Palm Beach County in conjunction
with First Federal Savings and Loan Association of Delray Beach.
