81-CCCC RESOLUTION NO. 81-
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF BOYNTON BEACH, FLORIDA, AMENDING RESOLUTION
80-QQ RECREATION FEES AND USE POLICIES.
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Boynton Beach,
Florida, deems it necessary to set forth uniform fees and
policies for the use of its recreation facilities and parks:
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF BOYNTON BEACH, FLORIDA:
Section 1. That Resolution No. 80-QQ, establishing
recreation fees and use policies, Exhibit "A", Certain Fees,
be amended to increase Non-resident Program Registration Fee
for Instructional Programs to $3.00 per person.
Section 2. That a copy of revised Exhibit "A" is attached
hereto and made a part hereof.

EXHIBIT "A"
RECREATION FEES
1. Non-resident Program Registration Fee for Instructional
Programs
$3.00 per person per program
2. Men's Softball Leagues
Non-Resident Fee of $50.00 per team per league
(A Resident Team is classified as a team sponsored
by a Boynton Beach business or organization and/or
having at least 5 team members residents of Boynton
Beach.)
3. Sports Field Light Use
Night use of athletic fields by adult teams not
involved with department sponsored programs will
be charged $3.00 per hour.
(Little League Park fields, Pence Park field,
Galaxy Park field, Wilson Park field)
