A _RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF BOYNTON BEACH,
FLORIDA, ACCEPTING UTILITIES AND RELEASING
THE PERFORM~A,NCE BOND FOR CYPRESS CREEK -
PHASE II.
WHEREAS, Article XII, Section 1 and 2 of the City Code
requires the City to accept completed improvements for mainten-
ance and operation~
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF BOYNTON BEACH, FLORIDA,:
Section 1. The City of Boynton Beach hereby accepts the
water and sewer lines from the Weaver Development Corporation
for Cypress Creek - Phase II for operation and maintenance.
Section 2. The performance bond in the amount of
$70,000.00 previously posted with the city of Boynton Beach in
conjunction with Cypress Creek - Phase II is hereby released.
