A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF BOYNTON BEACH,
FLORIDA, ACCEPTING UTILITIES AND RELEASING
THE PERFORMANCE BOND FOR BANYAN SPRINGS
(FORMERLY CEDAR POINT).
WHEREAS, Article XII, Section 1 and 2 of the city' Code
requires the City to accept completed improvements for mainten-
ance and operation.
I~OW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF BOYNTON BEACH, FLORIDA:
Section 1. The City of Boynton Beach hereby accepts the
water and sewer lines from the Gigliotti Corporation for Banyan
Springs (formerly Cedar Point) for operation and maintenance.
Section 2. The city of Boynton Beach hereby authorizes
the release of the performance bond in the amount of $195,563.00
previously posted with the city of Boynton Beach and the Board of
Commissioners for Palm Beach County in con~unction with Banyan
Springs (formerly Cedar Point).
