A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF BOYNTON BEACH, FLORIDA~
AMEArDING RESOLUTION NO. 79-U.
NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS _HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY
COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BOYNTON BEACH, FLORIDA.:
Section 1. That Resolution No. 79-U, appointing
Peter L. Cheney as City Manager and stating the terms and
conditions of his employment, Section 1. A. be amended as
follows:
"A. The City shall provide, as its retirement
contribution, 5% of the approved annual salary
for Peter L. Cheney toward the International
City Managers Retirement System."
Section 2.
