A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF BOY~ON BEACH,
FLORIDA, REDUCING LETTER OF CREDIT FOR CRANBROOK
LAKE ESTATES FROM $462,000.00 to $200,735.20.
WHEREAS, a request was received reflecting sufficient
~ork completed to warrant a reduction in the letter of credit; and
WHEREAS, the City Engineer and Director of Utilities ~av~
concurred with this request and made their recommendations to re-
duce the bond accordingly; and
WHEREAS, this request has in fact previously been approve
by motis~
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF BOYNTON BEACH, FLORIDA:
S.ection 1. The City of Boynton Beach here'by resolves
that the reduction of the letter of credit in the amount of
$462,000.00 to $200,735.20, previously posted with the City in
con]unction with Cranbrook Lake Estates is hereby resolved to have
been approved.
