FLORIDA, ACCEPTING PUBLIC ROADS, STORM
SEWERS WITHIN THE PUBLIC RIGHTS-OF-WAY AND
WATER AND SEWER LINES FOR MAZNTENANCE AND
OPERATION FOR !~qTl~ ~ CO~EQ~

requires the C~y to accept completed improvements
and operation; and
WHEREAS, these improvements have in fact previously
been approved by.motion.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE AND IT IS HEREBY
COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BOYNTON BEACH, FLORIDA:
Section 1. The City of Boynton Beach
that the improvements within '-f~}~3~s Cove
for operation and maintenance.
Section 2. S~ety Bond No. 290605,
Company, previously posted with the City in conjunction with
Yachtsman's Cove is hereby resolved to have bee? released. ~
