81-MMMA RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF BOYNTON BEACH,
FLORIDA, ACCEPTING UTILITIES AND RELEASING
PERFORMANCE BOND FOR QUAIL LAKES.
WHEREAS, Article XII, Section I and 2 of the City Code
uires the City to accept completed improvements for maintenance
and operation; and
WHEREAS, the utilities for Quail Lakes have in fact
previously been approved by motion.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE AND IT
COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BOYNTON BEACH, FLORIDA:
Section 1. The City of Boynton Beach hereby resolves
that the water and sewer lines have been accepted from Quail Lakes
for operation and maintenance.
.Section 2. The surety bond covering the extension of
utilities portion of the improvements, in the amount of $24,000.00
previously posted with the City in conjunction with Quail Lakes is
hereby re~olved_to have been released.
