A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF BOYNTON BEACH~ FLORIDA, AUTHORIZING THE
OPENING OF A CHECKING ACCOUNT WITH FLORIDA
NATIONAL BANK OF PALM BEACH COU5yI~Z IN THE
CITY OF BOYNTON BEACH, FLORIDA, SAID ACCOUNT
TO BE KNOWN AS TREAsuRER'~ FUND.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BOYNTON
BEACH, .FLORIDA:
Section 1. That the City Treasurer is authorized to open
with the Florida National Bank of Palm Beach County in the City
of Boynton Beach, Florida, a checking account to be known as the
"Treasurer's Fund."
Section 2. That all checks issued on the above-named
checking account shall be prepared and signed by the City
Treasurer, B. J. Zobel, or in the absence of the City Treasurer,
by the Deputy lreasurer, Alma Cook, or in the absence of the
Deputy Treasurer, by the Finance Director, Grady W. Swarm, and
such checks shall be countersigned by the Mayor, Edward F.
Harmening, or in the absence of the Mayor, by the Vice Mayor,
Walter Trauger, or in the absence of the Vice Mayor, by the City
Manager, Peter L. Cheney.
Section 3. That the City Clerk be and
instructed to forward a Certified Copy of this
Florida National Bank of Palm Beach County.
