A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF BOYNTON BEACH,
FLORIDA, APPROVING THE PLAT OF FISHERMAN'S
LANDING, A SUBDIVISION WITHIN THE CITY OF
BOYNTON BEACH
WHEREAS, the final plat of Fisherman's Landing
hereby submitted
for approval~ and
WHEREAS, a performance and completion bond is being
held for Fisherman's Landing in the amount of $61,000 to insure
that improvements within said area are installed, completed and
paid for in accordance with applicable requirements.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE AND IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED BY ~T~E
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BOYNTON BEACH, FLORIDA:
Section 1. That.the plat for Fisherman's Landing is
resolved to have received final plat approval by the City
of the City of Boynton Beach, Florida, with all cenditlons
upon and subject subdivision is hereby affirmed

Section 2. That the Surety Bond No. 78532 in the
amount of $61,000 be held by the City in accordance with the
provisions set forth in the Charter and Code of Ordinances for
the City of Boynton Beach, Florida.
