81-FFF SOLUTION No, }-FFF RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF BOYNTON BEACH, FLORIDA, ADOPTING A TENTATIVE BUDGET FOR THE FISCAL YEAR 1981 - 1982; ADOPTING A PROPOSED MILLAGE RATE FOR THE FISCAL YEAR 1981 - 1982; ANNOUNCING THE PERCENT BY ' I WI{ CH THE MILLAGE P,~TE EXCEEDS THE ROLLED BACK RATE FURNISHED BY THE PROPERTY APPRAISER; INSTRUCTING PUBLICATION.OF A NOTICE OF FINAL HEARING FOR ADOPTION OF BUDGET AND SETTING A HEARING DATE FOR THE FINAL ADOPTION OF BUDGET. WHEREAS, the City of Boynton Beach has received a certi- fication of value of property within its jurisdiction from the property appraiser in accordance with Florida Statutes §200.065; and WHEREAS, the City of Boynton Beach has further received from said property appraiser a rolled back millage rate as required by Florida Statutes §200.065; and WHEREAS, a proposed tentative budget and proposed millage rate has been presented to the City Council have been held thereon; and WHEREAS, the property appraiser has proposed tentative budget and millage rate; WHEREAS, the property appraiser has quired by Statutes of the public hearing on and millage rate; and and public hearings been notified of the and given notice as ret the proposed budget WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Boynton Beach has held a hearing on proposed tentative budget and proposed millage rate as required by Statute; and WHEREAS, the City Council is req~ Statutes to adopt a tentative budget and prior to the conclusion of the hearing. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED B5 THE CITY OF BOYNTON BEACH, FLORIDA: Section 1.
