A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF BOYNTON BEACH,
FLORIDA, APPROVING THE PLAT OF THE MEADOWS
300, PLAT NO. t, A SUBDIVISION WITHIN THE
CITY OF BOYNTON BEACH.
WHEREAS, the final plat of The Meadows 300, Plat No. 1
is hereby submitted for approval; and
Wt{EREAS, a performance and completion bond is being held
in conjunction with The Meadows 300, Plat No. 1 in the amount of
$1,523,268.00 to insure that improvements within said area are in-
stalled, completed and paid for in accordance with applicable
requirements.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE AND IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY
COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BO~NTON BEACH, FLORIDA:
Section 1. That the plat for The Meadows 300, Plat No.
is hereby resolved to have received final plat approval by tke Cit
Council of the City of Boynton Beach, Florida, with all conditions
previously agreed upon and subject subdivision is hereby affirmed
snd adopted.
Section 2. That the Surety Bond in the amount of
;1,523,268.00 be held by the City in accordance with the provzsions
set forth in the Charter and Code of Ordinances for the City of
Boynton Beach, Florida.
