A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF BOYNTON BEACH, FLORIDA, RATIFYING
SOUTH CENTRAL REGIONAL WASTEWATER TREAT-
MENTAND DISPOSAL BOARD ACTION OF AUGUST
20, 1981
WHEREAS, the South Central Regional Wastewater Treat-!
ment and Disposal Board did on August 20, 1981, by a vote of 7-0,
authorize Russell and Axon, Engineers, to proceed with plans and
specifications, preparatory to going out to bid for interim sludge
stabilization and conditioning facilities to meet the requirements
of the Department of Environmental Regulations for operation at
15 Million Gallons Daily, with all pursuant costs to be shared
on a 50/50 basis between the City of Boynton Beach and the City
of Delray Beach; and
WHEREAS, said Board action requires ratification by
the City of Boynton Beach;
NOW, THEREFORE, the city of Boynton Beach hereby
